1.Unless we make a mistake in engraving your product, all sales are final. Grunch Studios is not responsible for broken, stolen, lost purchases. We will however, make every effort to help you replace your item.
2. Fragrance Bottles
Frosted bottles can be engraved, however color can not be added due to the texture of the glass. The engraving will be subdued. Please check your spelling and punctuation. Unless we are at fault All Engraved Fragrances, engraving fees and shipping fees are non returnable/refundable.
3.Barrel heads
We will provide a proof of the design. Once the proof is accepted, and the barrel head is engraved, engraving fees, and shipping fees are non refundable.
